What happens to your payment when a reservation request is declined or expires
If your home reservation request is declined by the host or expires, the authorization placed on your payment method will be removed or if your payment method was already charged, you’ll be refunded.
Paying for a monthly stay
For a monthly stay (28 nights or more), you’ll be charged a first month payment and the rest will be collected in monthly installments.

All pricing information is included when you book a home, service, or experience—but there are a few situations where you may owe more after paying.

If an Airbnb host on the Stayshare site asks you to pay outside or through another company, report it to us.

Paying for your reservation using multiple payment methods
You can split the total cost of your Stayshare, stay or experience across multiple payment methods when booking and paying in full only by calling a Representitive. If you have scheduled future payments, you can use a different payment method

Paying and getting paid on behalf of someone else
You can pay for a reservation using someone else’s payment method or provide information to facilitate payouts for another person, but we may need additional information to process the payment.
Using a gift card for payment
Gift cards are accepted for payment if issued in the United States and are 100% nonrefundable, fees do apply based on face value due to processing therefor decreasing Gift card value unless bought or received from Stayshare or our partners.
