  7. Sinking, Sunken, Out of Water, Roadway, Marine Dock or pier, On State Land or Private Property, Intangled with other Vessels

Vessels 41 ft to 65 ft LOA US$250.00 PER HR $375.00 cap
Vessels 41 ft to 65 ft LOA (with cabin) US$285.00 PER HR $400.00 cap
Vessels 66 ft to 80 ft US$300.00 PER HR $450.00 Cap
Vessels 81 ft to 100 ft US$400.00 PER HR $500.00 Cap

Rates will differ depending depth, and heavy Equipment use in any Salvage Operation. Shipwreck, and other heavy removals are charged up to $750 per foot minimum including other environmental protection measures that must be taken.
