Payments
Customers making payments on this website, customers will be directed to a third party payment processor, whom will process payment of; memberships, donations, vessel towing or merchandise offered by ARC or other venders.
Payment Types
Services may be paid by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Bank Debit Card, Cash or Wire Transfer.
Processing Fees
Our Thrird party processors do not process payments over $1,600 per transaction. Customers needing to process a payment over $1,600 will need to use Cash or Wire Transfer or Venmo if instructed. Third party processors charge a fee for each transaction, a fee of 2.9% is charged to customers final checkout.
Wire Tranfers
Customers needing to use bank to bank wire transfers, inform our team members and they provide this information to your bank. We do not publish Capital One account numbers or routing numbers on this website. Capital One wire transfers are instant.
Other Tranfer Options
ARC has other payment options for customers like Venmo, Zelle and Cashapp. This information is available upon request during transactions with a representative on the phone.
Shipping
- Packages
Customers are notified when a shipment has been shipped and given a tracking number. Memberships, digital media or non physical items are shipped. - Boats
Custmer vessels are shipped in three different ways, depending on the type and size. Some are shipped by land requiring permits and long haul trailers, or by sea by a licensed captain in tow or navigator, or onboard a cargo vessel. - Cars and SUVS Contract partner tow or trucking company by trailer, wrecker, flatbed or rollback.
- RV's
Usually requires a team member to drive to delivery location for pickup at a specific location. In many cases home delivery is available upon customer request. - Travel Trailers
Team member or contract company will deliver and pickup these trailers for customer experience at our lot.
