MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Unlimited towing up to 40 miles inland and up to 60 emergency offshore.

Your unlimited towing covers your registered vessel inland and offshore within the 30 miles range of the state of Florida. Coverage means you pay nothing as a member to be towed:  

Section (A)

1. Repair shop or Repair facility
2. Dock to Dock
3. Mooring to Dock
4. Safe Harbor
5. Emergency Relocation  

Unlimited towing inland intercostal 

Same described above 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Ungrounding

Members are covered for soft ungrounding and some hard ungrounding’s when heavy equipment is not needed. 

Not covered below

Section (B)

1. Heavy equipment means crane out of water lift
2. Where airbags or pontoons may not be used 
3. Any vessel that is washed on to mainland 
4. Environmental Hazard exist

Ungrounding Covered if none of 1, 2, 3, 4 exist above in Section (B)

Fuel delivery

Members may have fuel delivered without fee but must pay for fuel and A.R.C. Marine minimal price per gallon can vary at times starting at $34 per gallon. A.R.C. Marine is not in the fuel business therefore we have to charge extreme rates for fuel. Members must remember that fuel cost for 2 vessels causes price to be extreme so please be responsible not to run out of fuel.

1. $34 per gallon for gasoline
2. $45 per gallon for diesel
3. 5 Gallon minimal

Section C

Re-float / Salvage

A.R.C. Marine Lifetime membership covers your vessel if sinking or taking on water within the boundaries of the State of Florida. This is considered salvage that we cover for our members as long as member is not negligent or involved in illegal activity.

Below is covered:

1. Sinking or Sunken vessel 
2. Airbags or pontoons can be used with pump out

Not Covered: Section (C)

1. Sinking or Sunken vessel due to negligent use or illegal activity
2. Involvement in BUI, DUI, or other illegal activity
3. Failure to secure vessel during emergency, Storms, Hurricanes, Tropical depressions, Poor maintenance. 
4. The use of heavy equipment is needed.
5. Sinking Offshore
6. Dismantling and Disposal of any Vessel

Section D

Jump start

Members are covered Battery Jump start and may purchase battery from A.R.C. Marine and have delivered. 

Covered:

1. Jump start 

Not Covered:

a) new or replacement batteries

Section E

Vessel Relocation

Members may request their vessel or PWC to be relocated repair, Safe Harboring, moved to new marina, new home dock.

Covered: 

1. Home dock relocation (Once per year) 
2. Preparation for storm (anytime)

Not Covered:

a) daily, weekly, monthly moves

Members Voice

A.R.C. Members get to participate in member voting even have a say when major issues need your vote. A.R.C. Marine is designed to give boaters the break we all need. 

Member Services for daily or under 6 months will and does not include salvage:

A.R.C. Marine reserves the right to refuse or extent services beyond any means, cancel any membership if evidence of abuse of these memberships are found. 

A.R.C. Marine does not refund any part of any memberships nor donations, all transactions are nonrefundable as sales are Final!

ARC Daily Memberships do not include salvage, also commercial towing with A.R.C. Marine and Angel Rescue Corporation do not include salvage on any commercial vessel.

Membership Transfers

Lifetime Members may transfer their membership to another vessel; If member has had no more than 2 service calls in one year, The new vessel must be within the same size range of original vessel. If Members new vessel is over the original size range, the Member must pay the difference.

Example:

Original vessel was 30 foot and you buy a 40 foot, we divide the new member value by 10 and that will be the difference you will pay to upgrade. We keep it simple. 

Section (F)

ARC Marine Towing asks our members to always be safe on the water and to always assist each other when possible. We know that sometimes boaters will have a little to much fun as in drinking out on the water so please use your membership to call on any ARC Vessel to help you get home safe. This a no charge service for members. Please see below complete list of benefits. 

Transparency:

A.R.C. Marine and Angel Rescue Corporation have posted all pricing within the website for there to be no surprises to any customer. Our prices can be negotiated down if the situation warrants but never higher. Our nonmember prices are capped on this site.

A.R.C. Marine franchises must use our business model and prices. Members deal directly with dispatch not our franchisees.

ARC MEMBERSHIP RULES

A.R.C. has set forth guidelines to protect over usage of our services meaning, when any members call for assistance and have called twice in a 30 day period, A.R.C. will block a membership for 30 days or until an inspection is completed on your vessel. 

Please read carefully 

A.R.C. memberships are designed to give emergency Marine Towing, Trailer Assist, Fuel Delivery, Grounding Assist, as well as help members be safe on the water. 

When members require assistance we respond immediately with one of our Captains or we dispatch one of our trusted partners to assist you. Your membership ID will show the maximum mileage allowed for towing and your vessel information. If a member is over the maximum mileage rage of membership, A.R.C. or its Trusted Partners will charge for the overage of that range.

ARTICLES

Article 1.1
A) A.R.C. specifically charges no delivery fee to members, although a fuel charge of $34 per gallon that covers fuel for you as well as the fuel used. 

Article 1.2
B) A.R.C. has no control of our Trusted Partner pricing for services outside your membership.

Article 1.3
C) A.R.C. offers services to businesses under different program therefore if your in need of contract Marine Towing you must contact A.R.C. for your specific needs.

Article 1.4
D) A.R.C. values your safety on the water therefore we do not allow a private memberships to be used for commercial services, A.R.C. can and will block a membership if any member abuses these services.     

Article 1.5
D) A.R.C. Commercial services are available for businesses but not for competitive use. A.R.C. can and will block a membership if any member abuses these services.  

What is not covered in A.R.C Membership

1) Vessel Flips due to BUI, or DUI

2) Sunken Vessels that sank prior to becoming an A.R.C. member.

3) Salvage due to gross negligence (Failure to secure vessel pre storm or request vessel relocation as a member)

4) Hard grounding where heavy equipment is required such as crane(s).

5) A.R.C. can or will dispatch Trusted Partners for Salvage Operations when needed. Trusted Partners have their own prices not in A.R.C.'s control except when A.R.C. dispatches Our members pay nothing.  

A.R.C. memberships do include Salvage therefore we encourage members to be responsible.

What is 'Trusted Partner"

Trusted Partners are companies recognized by A.R.C. to do business with our members, whom give quality services, respect and highly experienced in marine rescue. 
Trusted Partners are contracted to give our members discounts on services based on the needs of our members. 

A.R.C. will not regulate our partners business operations. A.R.C. partners will verify memberships if you need assistance you must call A.R.C. first so you're not charged for services by our partners.  
A.R.C. members are encouraged to be responsible boaters so please adhere to the rules set forth in this page. 

When does your membership take affect

A.R.C. membership takes effect immediately and all requirements are meet. Once your registration with payment, your vessel inspection is complete your vessel is covered for life or until you buy a new one. Unless your vessel is inspected on the same day of registration by our staff.

Registration Fees

A.R.C. Registration fees are base on the vessel type and size. Each registration covers one vessel and may be transferred to another vessel if no calls are on file less than 6 months. 

A.R.C. maintains database of all memberships. Each member will receive a membership card upon completing registration.

A.R.C. does not have annual memberships only lifetime saving money. Registration fees are non refundable.

A.R.C. offers a monthly and daily membership that does not include salvage. Monthly members get limited coverage that includes up to 15 miles on water towing no ungrounding, no free fuel delivery, no Salvage but do get discounts as our Lifetime members. Daily membership only includes on water towing to rental watercraft or livery rented vessels.
