Dockage
Multiple docks to hold vessels from 10ft to 250ft in length, water, electric, and haul out. Emergency docks dedicated to marine patrol and coastguard including fire rescue. Live aboard dockage separated from storage dockage. Full parking and 24 hr access. 5400 slips with safe submerging capacity during storm surge emergencies and high piers to keep vessels from causing damage to other vessels during storms. Each slip will be self contained throughout marina.
Moorings
With 1,500 spaces transient moorings boaters are guaranteed a safe place to hook. Rights to property for shopping, repairs, living, and pump outs 24 hours a day. Dinghy dockage is free to all boaters when registered at Marina.
Cabana Island Hotel
24 hrs per day 7 days per week.
200 room cabana hotel rooms with marina view will give travelers the break needed during trips or while waiting on repairs.

7am-12pm Monday thru Saturday, Sunday 10am-10pm

Marine Supply Store
7am-9pm Monday thru Saturday, Sunday 11am-6pm

Boat Ramps
1 hour before Sunrise to 1 hour after Sunset
Marina World will have 9 boat ramps open to public use. Launch fees are $5 for nonmembers and free to facility members. Monthly and yearly passes will be available for those not members of facility.
Boat Yard
7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Complete secured boat yard to do repairs or have contractors work for you. Yes a do it yourself boat yard that everyone has been asking for will hold spaces for at least 1,250 vessels with parking and private entrance. $25 per day first 2 weeks then $35 per day monthly.
Dry Storage
6am-6pm Monday thru Sunday
Indoor and outdoor storage facilities with capacity to hold not less than 1500 outside and 1,900 indoor. Flat rate storage $350 per month upto 32 foot outside and $650 per month indoor upto 32 foot.
Vessel Recycling & Donation
7am-4pm Monday thru Friday
Partnered with our 501c3 Donation program we also offer vessel donation and dismantling or recycling on site. As part of operation clean water we will offer a place for boats to be disposed of in a proper manner.

Fuel Docks
Main dock recreational full service fuel dock and Secondary dock for service vessels with gas, diesel, propane, 24 hours per day.
Medical, Fire, Marine Patrol
24 hours a day
Available for emergency medical assistance. Property will be equipped with onsite fire rescue department and helipad. A separate dock specifically for marine patrol units, state, local and federal agencies will have everything at their disposal including storage, dockage, repair, and even office space if desired. Welcoming City agencies, County marine patrol, State wildlife marine patrol, Coastguard, Customs Border Patrol.
