The space
Hey everyone! Just a heads-up for tomorrow: you can head right down to the dock whenever you're ready to pull up your crab trap, or to catch some redfish, snook, or catfish. Don’t forget to bring your fishing or crabbing gear. Have fun out there!
Please NOTE: due to FWC- Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission every individual guest who intent to catch crab/fish must secure their own appropriate license. Hosts don't have a "blanket" license for all and we strongly encourage you to follow FWC guidelines or you can face some very unpleasant consequences.

FOR BOATERS
Due to Airbnb Limited insurance Coverage, and my business' insurance restriction with outside vessels, your personal boats are not allowed to park at my dock. If you would like to have the boat near by, please contact the nearest marinas below:
Palm View Marina, Marsh Harbor Marina, Cut's Edge Harbor Marina Inc...to name a few.

POOL
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and the pool heater may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know a week before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
